Ranking Member of the Senate Budget Committee Jeff Sessions is asking for an explanation about fast tracking of benefits for people who don’t speak English. Sessions is questioning a policy for SSDI payments that allows individuals to qualify for benefits more quickly if “they are incapable of communicating in English.” Can this possible be true? A quick yes or no response is all that is necessary. Then swift action taken.
